#2002 Color Me Human:
Learning and Personality Styles

This workshop will invite teachers to identify their own "True Colors" and discover the interconnections of learning and personality styles and type and temperament and their effect on motivation, the learning process, and drop out rates.

Educators will be more able to understand how to relate to the "whole" human being, to further promote equity, personal empowerment, interpersonal relationships, and individual responsibility. Knowing "True Colors" will shed light on the impact of values, achievement, and educational success.

This workshop will assist teachers in providing an inviting climate throughout their classrooms and schools, create a climate of acceptance and respect, and promote and celebrate individuality. Students will come to appreciate others even though they may be "different".
