This workshop will explore Dr. Howard Gardner's eight intelligences and how they connect with the five areas of emotional intelligence as described by Dr. Daniel Goleman.

The latest neuro-scientific brain research by Dr. Candace Peart will solidify these connections and their relationship to living and learning in a way which induces health and success.

We will discuss how these areas impact learners, what new teaching tools are necessary for best instructional practices, ways to bring this information into daily teaching and instruction, and how these practices will change the mindset of the educational community and the classroom of the year 2001 and beyond.
